Non paying buyer in Sedo

:upset:I have recently sold a domain in Sedo and it is almost a month after the sale and there is no sign of any payment from buyer.
Sedo is hardly cooperating and they are going to release buyer's details only if I cancel the transaction. Cancelling the transaction from my side means that I am happy to do so and the seller has no more obligations to fulfil the contract.
"As mentioned before, the dates of the buyer will appear as soon as the transfer has been canceled or finished."

The only advice given my Sedo was :

" In case you decide to take legal action against the buyer please contact your lawyer. He will be able to inform you about the next steps. Thank you."

Sedo is only intrested in how to get their FAT comissions and DO NOTHING to earn them!!:?::upset:

Hi,
I'm the exact same position as you now. Sedo is of no help !!!
I'm not sure why the buyer even have to accept sedo's agreement if they take any steps when not paid.

Any feedback is highly appreciated.
