Custom programmed reminder service. PR4, never promoted so very little traffic 10-20 day roughly. About 100 users in the system.

Will throw in Freeminders.com along with the sale if an acceptable offer is made and accepted.

Is set up to accept payments for the ugraded service through 2checkout.com.. We have No Sales on this as we have been upgrading all accounts for free.

The program requires a lynx -dump Cron so please make sure you have access to your servers crontab if you bid (that is if you are keeping the site as it is).

Thank you for all the PM's and emails.. These questions have come up and I wanted to post more info to help answer these better.


Is there any maintenance that needs to be done or is it automated

>> Not work needs to be done really.. It is fully automated once you set up the Cron Job. We have been upgrading everyone to the Unlimited at no cost and that takes logging in and clicking one button but you can set up your 2checkout.com account and put your "code" in one config file and leave it at making people pay or change it to all be free whatever you want.

Is there an admin section?
Yes, this is there to let you upgrade people if you want, and also add banners and advertising which show up in the emails reminders

How many users?
The SQL query shows 265 members. I do not know how many are active since there is very little anyone can do with it to cause any issues so we do not monitor or even every look at the users or reminders are not our business to look at.

How many total reminders are in the system today?
The Sql Query shows 914 set up reminders. These could be ones in the system for future dates or past dates, unknown??

Current highest bid is $300 and Yes maybe have PM'd saying it is not worth this much but I will not go below this even with little traffic at this time. Two good targeted domain names, these domains are not "new" registrars and this site has been running since 2001.

If it does not sell at a price I can't live without I guess I will sit on it.
