Noomle or Whypark???

I have a bunch of my domains at Whypark currently but they don't perform very well. Should I give Noomle a shot? Is anyone happy with their service?

If you have domains which get ppc traffic you are normally best parking them at a regular parking company vs a place like WhyPark which I do not consider to be a parking firm and neither to they judging by their name. Whypark pages usually will have a signficanlty lower CTR and lower revenue vs a true parking firm and names with existing traffic and typeins.

IMO, WhyPark is excellent but its main use if making sites so you can get traffic and SE ranking with the developed pages listed in the SE. It also has an opt-in newsletter and RSS Feed to help build traffic an attract repeat visitors.

No, barely even heard of Noomla but from looking at the example site I suspect it's not a true parking firm so the CTR and income may be similar to Whypark and lower than places like parked.com or fabulous.com (who are both good comparatively speaking), assuming the domain already gets traffic.

I'm with Noomle. I have 82 domains 'parked' with them now and I'm absolutely blown away by their service, the PR my sites get and the traffic. I'm intending to move another 400 or so domains to them.

It takes me about 20 minutes to build a pretty decent minisite (not fantastic, but I could spend more time and make something fantastic). I put adsense on all of my sites and the click earnings are 100% mine (unlike Sedo parking or the like).

List it in the PR6 Directory ($2 for a lifetime listing), most sites listed have a PR4 :smilewinkgrin:. My minisites are spidered and ranking quickly.

There are some minor hiccups, like the newsfeeds don't update regularly etc but they are working on this, and actually signing up in the first place is a bit of a trial! It's a new company and it seems that every day there is some new improvement.

I'm not affiliated with Noomle in any way, but will freely admit that I am Noomle's-biggest-fan!

It's free to sign up. Try it. Put half a dozen domains with them, you only have to change your DNS, not transfer the domain itself. See how you go.

I used to have 500 sites with Whypark - had numerous issues with them ranging from hideous server downtime, to them actually serving up domainsponser landing pages instead of the sites that I had set up! I now have only a handful of whypark sites...soon it'll be none! $500 down the drain but a lesson learnt.

I have had 50+ sites with noomle for a couple of months now with no problems.

I have to agree with March2008, I have had some domains with Noomle since Feb. 09 and I have seen some nice results. Handregged domains, purely generic two and three word dot coms. Much better than any parking site and much much better than the results I had with WhyPark. And the support from the staff at Noomle is amazing. Give them a try.

Anyone who tries Whypark today will immediately notice that they are literally getting free website templates with content and adfeed generation. That's at the standard level.

Go to their Managed level and get a serious website evolution on your domains. James, you think spending $500 on FIVE HUNDRED SITES that were useless to you before, is money "down the drain"? You should have kept your domains there... your SE indexing chance would have been huge by this point.

$5 for as many sites as you want, and only if you want premium templates. I have paid a contribution, but I didn't have to because I'm using the free templates, simply because I prefer them...

I have no position to defend with WhyPark. I only work with companies I feel are the best, based on over 10 years of domain experience. I no longer work at WhyPark, and have partnerships with two other new domain projects, that I figure will rumble onto the scene like a juggernaut by end of summer.

Wish you the best with Noomle? Noomle? Noo Mle? No Omle? what? A serious case of bad branding makes me run in the opposite direction from the start.

Stay with WhyPark, bro. Work it out, check it out. My personal opinion is that Craig Rowe is probably the most honest and hard working exec in domaining, and he definitely knows the right path to follow.

No Stephen, as I said, the last of the issues I had with WP were in February '09.

Bad branding? Perhaps more effort was put into the mechanics because, as yet, I've had no issues with Noomle - to me that's far more important than if a company is great or not at promoting itself.

im looking to develop my own company like these websites but automated and even the content is not just copied.

i have access to a system where you put in the article and it will rewrite it but the output is understandable and doesnt look flipped in the slightest.

ditto. That certainly is an odd name to brand under and is actually one of the reasons I never checked into using it. Is it a foreign word perhaps (India?)
