Nope. You're just wrong.
I am not ready to put a definite price on this one, but you will definitely be able to sell for atleast $XXX ($XXXX possible too)

The thing is, there are a lot of these types of domains still available for reg in .info. I think it's a great name for development, but I can't see high value. Of course there is always the chance for an end user taking it for x,xxx, but the same is true for most domains.

Does is get any type in traffic?

your domain has 2 'h's' though :?:
it would need to be northampton to have value

The following are all available:

allenstown.info
alstead.info
boscawen.info
centerharbor.info
eastkingston.info
gilmanton.info
gilsum.info
hartslocation.info
landaff.info
lempster.info
newhampton.info
lyndeborough.info
madbury.info
montvernon.info
moultonborough.info
newdurham.info
newipswich.info
ossipee.info
piermont.info
rollinsford.info
sanbornton.info
stewartstown.info
tuftonboro.info
wolfeboro.info

Definitely all good for reg and development, besides the low value issue. I'm definitely not knocking the domain, I think it will have value in the long term.

i dont understand this one- if i lived in north hampton, and wanted info on it- why would i type north ampton?

i'm talking about the UK location spelled northampton
was unaware of the us location, sorry ;)
northampton pulls up more google searches by a mile but this domain does have value
amuses me though, i was chatting to a US guy the other day & it was noticed we were both from Chesterfield.
i had to point out 'your' places are named after ours, not the other way round ;) lol

Here are some more domains from the same area available in .net and .org. Also good for development.

allenstown.net
moultonborough.net

centerharbor.org
hartslocation.org
landaff.org
lempster.org
