I called Moniker support just now (2:30 pm EST and get a message with their hours (which shows them open now) and telling me to leave a message...and suggesting I PM support....what's happening?

I phoned Don Lyons and he said they were doing a mailserver change....back working again...

Why the mail server change has something to do with the office closed?

So somebody is in the office but the office is closed?

Maybe they meant "the male server" i.e. tech support was down
