Hi All!

I have been out of the domaining business for a bit so I'm not quite sure where prices have been going. However offers coming in for noted.com have been nearly doubling each year. I had recently accepted an offer of mid $XX,XXX but the buyer backed out at the last minute right before the escrow payment was to be made. Now I'm not sure if I should hold out for a higher offer or just put money into developing it?

Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :)

Its not a bad name nor is it great but you never know.

I think personal development for you would be a waste of time and money, jmo. If you can find another buy at mid 5 fig, dump it. No one but an actual end user would logically pay as much or more, again jmo.

Not great but still a very interesting domain to own.

I have sold several ??????ed.com domains in low - mid 5 figure range. e.g. Stamped.com
And IMO Noted.com is a better one.
Just FYI

It is a fantastic, great premium domain to own. If you got a mid five figure offer then you already know this. Lots of possibilities for this one and I see in google there are a few potential end users.

I'd approach them via a broker if I were you. Best of luck!

I just wanted to thank all of you for sharing your thoughts and comments, both positive and negative. I think I will hold on to this one and see if I get a similar offer in the future. If I come up with a really good idea for it then maybe I will develop, but as of now nothing amazing comes to mind. Thanks again! :)

I think it's a good name, but as far as development it's difficult to brand it to a niche. Maybe some site with
deep pockets could make good use of it. It's got to be worth at least 10K and if it were mine. I would
hang on to it, unless you need the money. dot coms can only increase over time.
