Just to be clear, this is the French spelling of the name of the Province.
Even then, I believe the correct French spelling uses a hyphen: Nouveau-Brunswick
http://www.gnb.ca/index-f.asp (Governement du Nouveau-Brunswick)

Which I believe then makes this a French typo domain in .net for a Canadian Province?

Therefore, my question is: How much traffic does this typo domain receive?

Correct, this is the French spelling, without the hyphen.
Assume no traffic.
