Good time to sell, .net are good for develpment but 2 letter domains don't
have a meaning for the website, so 2 letter nets aren't that useful.
ISPs use them for configuration but wouldn't pay much for them. Alternate
extensions have already hit .net value and will keep on doing so. 3 letter
.nets have dropped in value so 2 letters will probably follow.

Totally disagree with this assessment!

Minimum $4k

Just hold the domain for the right buyer, they will come.

I agree its a $4K name, also that holding it for too long could be a risk,
there's several alternate extensions already getting par with .net

Would nu.biz fetch $4k?

I wasn't aware any two letter .biz's and .info's existed.

5K
nobody has mentioned the phonetics of the domain either.
nu dot net .... it has a ring to it.

i would prefer new.net but that isnt the case, is it?

potential buyers include Norton (Norton utilities) and a set of universities (e.g. National University, Niagara University) too.... im unsure what these buyers are likely to pay though.

there's only about 600 of them, but the value is entirely driven by the market
not by earning potential, so its worth your while to keep your eye on the market!

my 2 cents
