Happens this way on the first Saturday of every month that starts with the letter "J".

Yesterday, I was outbid on a name scheduled to drop today. Rather than creating a bidding war, I think it's best to snipe.

Crap that was painful! NW was all sorts of messed up.
No I set proxy bids on most names I want. Last week I was in a couple of bidding wars against snipers. I finally went way high with my proxy to block anyone else from taking it.

Today there were a couple of names I wanted but was debating over the value so I basically waited until the last minute and it backfired as it sometimes does. I am not the best sniper in the world as it is hard to try and snipe a whole list of names.

If you really work at it it is possible to get in. Keep refreshing and hit the back button a few times.
It looks as though all of teh info is updated.

This is getting ridiculous. I've been trying to get my bids in for a 1/2 hour.
Submitted my list and got some of them in but the ones that went to my watch list I can't raise my bids and set my proxy.

Nevermind. PLayed around a bit more and got my bids in. Finally.

Give yourselves some extra time to get your bids in. IF you run into the same problem it could take a while.

NW is in serious need of re-coding their interface. It's a hopeless mess, the "forgot password" option has been broken for months.
