Too close to a TM , but could have alternate uses.

maybe you could authorized license for use.

How about a site where you tell the world how much you hate all the yankees that come down to Tampa Florida from New York during the winter. You can write how mad you are that they drive 3 miles an hour on the highway and that they fill up all the restaurants and you have to go early or call ahead if you want to eat!!!!
