If you use it for what people are looking for, you will run into TM issues. Your best bet would be to sell to the UK company. You could develop as a site for oxygen bar supplies and avoid TM problems.
It should be a valuable domain to the UK company - I'd price it at high 5 figures minimum. Do some non-infringing development first though to solidify your stake in it.
