This site is already getting organic search engine traffic. ( details below ).
It's also making some income. ( details below )
The site uses wordpress and is setup with mutiple plugins and an attractive theme.
One of the plugins allows you to easily add eBay affiliate ads and this is where the recent income has come from.
With the historic inauguration day tomorrow, this site will no doubt get a lot of traffic. What's intersting is that people will be searching for information about the inauguration and speech for years to come. How do I know this? Because I checked the monthly searched for other inaugural speeched such as Kennedy's, Lincoln's, Clinton's and FDR's. They are all still getting hundreds/thousands of searches every month. So this isn't a one time only type of site, although I expect the traffic to spike for a while.

The site has made about $55 in just the last two weeks with most of the income coming from the eBay affiliate ads.

With more time spent on the posting the traffic should increase dramatically. Plus, some seo work would help a lot.
The domain name is keyword rich. The term Obama Inaugural Speech does get searched already and it will continue to be searched for years. Decades even.
The site has made about $55 in the last two weeks alone, mostly from the eBay affiliate program. It also has made some money from adsense. I added some CJ.com products recently and am waiting to see how they turn out.
A large part of the traffic comes from search engines and of those that come to the site about 50% bookmark the site. ( long tail keywords bring in a good amount of traffic ) See screenshots above.
