We our planning on developing this into a legal site called justice.obstructed.com in mid 2010. Someone recently expressed an interest in purchasing this domain, but did not propose a price. I suppose undeveloped it would have little value, so it makes more since for us to hold on to for future development. That said, how would one arrive at a fair valuation for this undeveloped domain name? Using half a dozen domain valuation tools puts the price all over the map, from mid $xxx to mid $xxxx.
Most of the domain names we have bought/registered have been acquired for future development, but obviously in some cases in makes more business sense to sell some, to finance development efforts for others.

Thanks in advance for your responses,
Scott

I would say mid xxx ~ undeveloped, developed it would obviously depend on the amount of traffic and revenue.
