I probably misread/skipped this part, however, what exactly does the posted price represent? Is it the current high offer? Bin price? Asking price?

That represents the current high offer. That shows the package price and the individual prices (he just tacked on $50/ea over the previous high bidders offer). The package is slightly less than individual I think.

Accepting offers still because if high bidder doesn't get serious and pay once I say sold, i'm moving on. I want to get this little project off my plate soon as I have more pressing matters to attend to.
