After many years in the business thousands of domains sold our policy is now push to enom subaccounts (I can create them if needed) so that the new owners can either keep them at eNom or manage their own transfer progress. Having us acting as a middleman is very time consuming (always lots of emails back and forth) and can be error prone when I'm dealing with a dozens sales and aquisitions on any given day. We've also found that when the "new" registrars screw up, we get falsely blamed... hence the policy.

We've had problem with ALL of the large registrars over the years, but at this point eNom seems to still be one of the best and fair priced out there and usually get the job done.
