OMG, Land.info is available on reg fee

Well, it has wasted a full hour of mine trying to register it.

I was searching over whois.sc (I use it to look up for domians) and somehow came across this land.info thing.
It shows it as available. At First, I could not beleive but then I searched it (on whois.sc) from different searches and their domian lookup tools. It shows it free but when I try to register, it gives an error. I then used directi to register it and it was not available. I looked up for the whois and came to know that it has been registered from 2001 to 2006 already. DAMN! I just lost me fortune key. :dead:

Hell, it sure is a bug in their software. I am not going to trust whois.sc results blindly anymore after this.

Just wondering whoelse uses their service and have you ever come across the same problem?

Just sent them an email. Hope they do something to fix this bug.

whois.sc sometimes does this to me as well.

if it's too good to be true 99% of the time it is - especially with unregistered generic domains

lol yes i have been heart broken many time too, try look for "video" , "media" , "game" i just now expect the good ones to be regged, and check them just incase

whois.sc is bad about that I got a list together the other day of 43 domains, went to register them and 42 of them was already registered. Not the best place to check domains to register.

It's indeed very frustrating to try to register domaind that already have been registered.
I mostly use whois.net and not had any problems with them so far.
