To be honest I never heard of that, untill I found that high number.
It is the hardware chip(s) which enable Nintendo, Sega, Gameboy, etc. games to be played on a PC.

SNES ROM's are copies of Super Nintendo games used by emulators. You can download a SNES emulator so you can play Super Nintendo games on your PC. You just have to download the SNES ROMs (which is illegal by the way)

actually not entirely true. you can make money using affiliates, but the thing about running illegal websites is it's hard to find affiliate programs and web hosting that allow them. Often not worth the trouble.

Go do a google search for 'snes roms' and browse the types of sites out there and see how they're trying to make $$.

ROMs works better than ROM as people search for ROMS most of the time.

Taking into account how many snesrom domains are still free I would say $1 USD.
