I have a blog w/ Blogger (owned by Goggle). The domain is registered w/ GoDaddy though Google Aps.

I've been trying to transfer the doamin to my own GoDaddy account (why pay $10 when I can get it for $7?) but the transfers fail because it is under private registration and the account though Google won't let me turn off the privacy. When I click on "manage" next to privacy it takes me to the Google aps home page.

I've emailed them but I haven't heard back.

Did you unlock the domain?

Did you unlock the domain?

I did that before I started the transfer and confirmed it was unlocked with the control panel.

I even followed the instructions from Google step by step and the rejection reason I keep getting is:

Dear Registration Private,

The transfer of (domain) from Google Apps to another registrar could not be completed for the following reason(s):

Express written objection to the transfer from the Transfer Contact. (e.g. - email, fax, paper document or other processes by which the Transfer Contact has expressly and voluntarily objected through opt-in means).

If you believe that this domain name does not fit the situation described above, go to (useless link) for assistance.
