One of my domain's traffic has gone from 0 hits to 40 hits a day.....any ideas.

One of my domains that has been dormant for quite a while is now getting about 40 hits per day and I have been trying to find out what has bought it on. This has been going on for about 3 weeks and I can't find anything from google or other search engines and I have also been through all the poker sites as I thought it might have come from there. If anyone has any ideas then give us your thoughts. BTW the domain is rivermonster.com

Recently there was a very, very big monster found in a river in a very remote location somewhere in South America ?

I also received around 30 uniques per day to one of my domain "Dart" related with "tube" in the end. It has been happening for past one month or so.
