At no time did we agree for our domains to be listed on crapdomains.com.

You have thousands of our domains listed as crap domains and you have set a minimum offer of $40 and a Maximum offer of $250.

The fact that these domains are listed for sale, can jepordise any current or future UDRP's and/or future domain negotiations. I therefore request that you remove ALL our domains from your website and databases with immediate effect.

In future, you really should request the permission of the domain owner before listing a domain for sale.

crapdomains... what a dumb idea for a developed site.

horrible choice of words... nobody wants to sift through crap domains, if they are actually crap.. maybe "cheap" domains or "discounted" domains.

Yeh thats just stupid, why would you want to list your domains there and admit there crap and why would anyone want to buy crap, makes no sense!

And that there trying to sell your domains without asking is just ridiculous.

I have several domain that are not listed for sale for a reason. Mainly because they are generic and were I to offer them for sale I would be opening myself up to potential ammunition were someone to file a UDRP.

My response has been short simply because I need to left.
I will deeply explain later.
In the mean time if your domain has been listed for few hours and you get some purchase offers, I do apologize.

I think it's becoming more and more common to list, publish or edit info without the owner's consent. Have you guys seen http://www.aboutus.org and how *anyone* can post crap about any domain just because they can, including editing its WHOIS info?

This is the new generation of "entrepreneurs" that have no scruples.

Finally someone else noticed aboutus.org. I had to send these guys 3 cease and desist letters for ripping graphics off of my website.

Actually I noticed them around October but did not bring this up hoping they will automate the removal process. Several people adopted the habit of editing the owner's info, showing him that it cuts both ways. I think it's despicable that they claim it's "public info" from the WHOIS, but that info can then be manipulated.

With all this ad spend of your Francois, I would have thought that at the very least this new site would be in proper and not broken English. Besides the domain name being a very silly marketing choice, you're not going to woo customers unless you bother to check out the text you write. No, I don't know where the domains come from but as suggested, is it premiumdomains.com? Looks like a lot of people are going to get pissed off with you at this rate.
