In theory, what should I do to open my own online casino ?
I need full details by PM please, I'd appreciate the courtesy including the country where hosting the server, where finding the necessary software to install on it, merchant account, general costs and risks, hosting etc ...

Thanks since now for helping ... I'm not saying I'll open a casino but simply that I'd like to own one in a near future even if I've a lot to earn before doing that.

Uhm, I didn't know the minimum cost was around $1M to begin with this kind of activity, I'm a bit shocked :(

I sure am glad that it isn't cheap, or else there would be people hosting their casino at geocities. :)

You can start with less but it means you'll have to cut corners

Actually to build a custom casino with custom software will probably be around $3 million. If you need a name to start, I have GoldenCrown.com :)

that's a big investment and there are already a lot of online casinos so it would be a big challenge

We've the domains to use but not all that money I'm afraid ... I can't still understand why it's so expensive paying someone to build all the necessary software but ok I believe it :(

The alternative would have been to work as affiliates but my "simple opinion" is that all successful casinos "steal money to their players and affiliates" and I know this for sure but not interested in discussing further this matter ...

So do you want to be successful? lol

Yes you've got a lot to learn if that first quote is anything to go by. You say you don't want to discuss it but you can't go around making statements like that and expect those of us in the biz to say nothing.

I've been in the casino biz for over 6 years and I cannot allow this kind of BS statement to be made. These kinds of comments hurt my business at a time when things are starting to look bright.

Yes, there's been some dodgy operations in the past (and still is) but there's the majority who play the game straight.

It's the same with any biz that pulls in lots of 'easy' money, but we're getting some real positive actions going and this constant BS from people who admit they have a lot to learn doesn't help one little bit.

My dream would have been to create a serious and reliable casino for both affiliates and players ... Money is not my main target in the life so I'd prefer earning less but building a casino with a strong reputation.

If you know a 100% reliable casino which's currently accepting affiliates, please, PM me the address domaindruid; my partner will join to its affiliate program and we'll know exactly in few weeks if they're really so serious as you might think.
In some cases, we might know the players and the exact amounts of their lost money but the casino can't know of what players we're aware of so we'll see if they'll assign us the correct affiliate commission or if they'll cheat stats.

If the casino you know is really reliable, we'd no longer need to launch our own casino :)

Good luck, this would definitely be a very extensive (and expensive) project.

Well, the best thing you can do right now is play in the lottery. And by all means goodluck :)

I think Adam should start a "casino fund" and we could build up our own casino ;D

Creating a group of 10/15 serious and reliable people interested in this project to share profits/costs, would not be a bad idea :)

if your casino would play games %100 randomly i dont think it will be so expensive programming
