Hi guys, I`m undecided if increase my bid over a LLL.com that I`d like to have.

a similar one (NWO.com) sold for $32,000 SEDO February 2008

The seller asked me $50,000. I offered $20,000.
It seems that this LLL is the acronym of a video game and receive type in traffic and revenue from Clickbank between $200 and $500 /month.

What do you think of that?

I think the problem is the revenue...basically you guys are valuating the domain based on 100x a month of revenue. He is using the high number, you are using the low number. You need to think of other sources of revenue...is the domain currently making the most that it can make? Is it making nothing compared to what it has potential to make? You have to ask these questions to yourself and then figure out what value it is worth.

Well, I though that and I can see there is a crap gaming page on the site so I think it could be done better.
HOnestly, comparing to some others without overture , traffic and revenue, and people still pay $15,000 for similar letters any day...

Well, at that level...just realize that it is an investment in a "business" and that there are certain risks involved. The least you could get back with the market the way it is right now is about $15k. So if you think the difference between the selling price and the $15k is worth the risk, then purchase it (I would say). Your formula would be something like selling price - liquidation price = $moneyvalue...then $moneyvalue can be measured as a correlation to risk value. It all depends on your yearly income and what risks you're prepared to take. It sounds like the domain has potential and that you could make something out of it. Just be comfortable with your decision in the end.
