Well, having sold several LL org myself and at one time owning qe.com ( sold here ) I have a good idea.

Sadly LL org has fallen hard. Real hard, names that should have and could have easily seen $20-$30k+ 1-2 yrs ago struggle to break $10k now and those are premiums.

For a combo like qe I would say reseller price of $4k-$6k is decent. If you sold at the peak you would have likely seen $7k-$10kish.

I would estimate a 2 letter .org as approx the same value as a 3 letter .com with similar letter quality, i.e. Qe.org 5k, Qek.com 5k.

I see the word Quality or Qualified for the letter Q.

Perhaps a nicely branded employment site for posting of jobs and resumes. A dot org would add a sense of credibility to the site as most people view dot org as an official sounding site.

Tough to pin a price as a domain. I think minimally the 10 K range for end user, but someone with definitive plans at building a site and brand this would certainly fetch much more.

Rather than just snatching it up for the sake of owning an LL.org, this would take someone with a plan for it. With that said, I am not sure how strong the reseller market would be for this.

QE = Quality/Qualified Education

As an .org it would be perfect for that function.

Tagging a price to this on a reseller forum is not needed; it's time to sell to an end user. Who would have thought 360.org would sell for $25k? :D

All joking aside I strongly suggest you do NOT use her name in any keyword setting. It may lead to cruise links and I recall the company who runs QE and QE2 getting the domain name QE???? and maybe qe2.com, a while back for infringement.

Yes, Cunard Lines are still in business and have a new Queen Elizabeth Cruise ship due to be finished in the fall of this year.

The "QE2" is now owned by a group in Dubai who are now considering re-selling it to help pay off some debt.

Congrats Don.

Can I ask you how it sold?

I have 2 letter org's I would also like to sell.

over the years i've owned it, there have always been frequent offers.

i was asking a little more than what it sold for, but settled on that amount.

the offer came thru sedo

pm your domains if you like

Thanks
