Nice idea. One thing I'd probably add is a couple of stages after "sold". Payment received, auth code sent, transfer started, transfer completed, something along those lines. When you have a few deals moving at the same time, it’s surprisingly easy to lose track of which domain is actually finished and which one is still waiting on the buyer.
