Overseas domainers. Help please

I dont even know whether this is possibly to do on here, but what I am trying to do is find out 2 things about as many foreign jurisdictions as possible . Firstly I want to find out if you can access Civil Court in person. Secondly I want to find out the usual hourly rate of lawyers in that country.

If anyone can assist would be good, if not then obviously I am asking too much.
