Oversee Launches Service for Hosts

July 30, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Marketing solutions company Oversee (oversee.net) announced last week that its DomainSponsor service has introduced a new product designed to serve hosts, registrars, registries and Internet service providers.

The new tool offers companies a way to produce revenue from the entire domain name life cycle using the kind of monetization technology used to match users with advertisers.

According to Oversee, the product creates unique landing pages for undeveloped domain properties, populating them with keywords, ads and relevant content. When visitors land on the pages, companies earn revenue on the searches performed.

"We're proud to offer a simple solution to monetize hosting companies' formerly lost traffic," says Jeff Kupietzky, EVP of Oversee.net. "We're able to create new, highly profitable revenue streams for these companies where they formerly experienced significant losses. With the same proprietary technology DomainSponsor uses to monetize the traffic of over two and a half million domain names, we can monetize the undeveloped properties of the hosting business and more."
