Is it possible to advertize with overture ppc system in all the country in their network with only one account or do we have to make one account per country?

Or is there some PPC overture broker who propose such services?

Phone them up and ask for a broker. As long if you not talking $100 a month spending you'll get your own broker sorting you out. I don't know about the countries but be sure to ask they are pretty clued-up and will have some way of doing this for you.
