Hi Guys
One quick question about overture
if my domain name is...say guitarlearn.com
and searching with these keywords (guitar learn) brings up 10000 results for learn guitar (and not guitar learn), does that count as the same thing?

No, it doesnt't.. If people are searching for "learn guitar" then they would more likely type learnguitar.com than guitarlearn.com.. Also, overture tools don't always return words in exact order, so you will always have to double check to see what phrase is actually being looked for..
