NorthIsland.mobi - stands for:
1) North Island, the principal part of New Zealand.
2) North Island, a rich resort in Seychelles;
3) Has other meanings.
SouthIsland.mobi - stands for the other part of New Zealand (and it also has other meanings).
IMO the pair NorthIsland.mobi and SouthIsland.mobi is an inexpensive equivalent for the .mobi TLD reserved name NewZealand.mobi (which is expected to be auctioned off at high price in 2007):
North Island and South Island are two principal parts of New Zealand, which is in fact located on these two islands.

There are many other North and South Islands in the world, and some of them may be attractive resorts or recreation places, like North Island in Seychelles mentioned above. Just do a Google search.
