Just remember - either develop or sell now that the bubble is still expanding. The real estate market is artificially inflated (lots of investors vs. end buyers).

I would agree that the real estate market is potentially facing a bursting bubble akin to the technology bubble few years back and therefore would suggest that you be vigilent to watch for this, and and stay ahead of the burst - IF it happens - but this is still speculative yet imo and may not happen for some time, if at all.

I haven't read much literature on this matter (and admittedly, haven't looked too hard either) but have seen an increasing number of business news stories on TV discussing the potential of a real estate bubble bursting.

Bubble or not thou - I don't think it's going to burst anytime soon in the short-term, but it may not be far off either.

Whatever the case may be, I am sure you will do well regardless - obviously better without a bursting bubble of course! :-)

GL with your Domain!

Agree ... actually it is starting to stabilize if you read the real estate news paper ... you will see reduced by on their price which you don't see it for the past 6-8months.

Just my 2cents.
