I don't see how... people want software for their palms, palm is too common a word to trademark.

I am sure PalmPilot is TM'ed (though I haven;t looked). There is a chance you could get away with Palmsoftware but I would be careful with the use and content of this site. A nice name IMO. I can see value in it ($50-$75 maybe).

Really good OVT numbers, but I think the POTENTIAL for the infamous "TM issue" here will really keep down the resale value: less than $125.00 IMHO. See: http://www.palm.com

LOL. I wouldn't worry about that one too much ... doubt too many Chinese people will be typing in "palms" (in English), and WITH a Chinese .CN extension. :eek:
