Hey, I need someone to broker the domain:

ParadiseGrove DOT com

The company who runs a resort in Australia spent a ton of money on their website apparently...which is located at: http://www.paradisegrove DOT com.au but they let their original dot com drop, which I in turn picked up...

If someone can reach them, and convince them to buy back from me, I'll pay 25%

Also, if you find a buyer elsewhere, I am open to that. The site has made roughtly 4 dollars from ad revenue in the last 2 months.
