I didn't research to see about TMs, but I would definitely heed LJP's warning. There's been many a WIPO case where expensive names have been lost due to careless parking.
On a side note, this is a truly great name. Extremely brandable! Personally, if you're looking to sell, I'd contact anyone and everyone in the lowrider market. Best of luck with the name.

Yeah, lowrider cars. A lot of people in that scene refer to them as a lo-lo. It's short and brandable and extremely relevant for that market, so maybe one of the companies in that market would be interested in acquiring it. But really, this is just a terrific brandable domain in general, so I don't think you're options are limited as far as possible potential uses go.

From the sounds of it Parked.com or Sedo are going to be your best bet's. Maybe test it at both for a bit and see which does better.
