A media company that I am doing a development project with on one of my sites has asked me to find some names for them.
The criteria is as follows:
- Must be parked names
- Names must be making a minimum of $10k/month
- Minimum 3 months proof of revenue
- Must have primarily English speaking traffic
- Com, Net, Info, Org, Biz are acceptable
Payment:
- Will be based on a 12-24 month multiple (to be negotiated)
- Budget up to $1 million
- Will require a signed contract
- Will be made by wire transfer
Should a successful deal be reached, I will ask for an 8% broker commission from the seller.
