Wanted: Service Parking page designer with keyword research skills needed

We have several domains that receive a fair amount of traffic that we would like to create an "enhanced parking page". Examples are customwheels-com, cards-com, dress-com.

We need someone to
- Research high paying keywords relevent to the domain
- Find relevent articles to the keywords
- Create the professional-style graphics
- Code the page

We are not looking for Wordpress sites or sites requiring database access. We would like to keep things pretty simple.
