someone told me about parody laws which gave me a good read
but since i rebooted i cannot find the link

Decisions have cut against the registrant where the domain itself does not contain criticism or a parody (i.e. microsoftsucks.com). What you have is a typo and any parody may appear as a contrived attempt to create a legitimate interest in the name.
