BIN has been posted for each site. If BIN is not taken by 6 p.m. Central today (Nov 6) I will sell to the high offer.
I've listed some of my websites below for sale and will have more to come in the following weeks. Over the past couple of years I've been gung ho to create new websites but I have done a poor job of following through in promotion and maintainence instead jumping to my next idea. Now I'm to the point that I have over 50 websites and my plans of coming back to update some of the old ones just isn't realistic anymore with the success of my core sites.
Below are some sites I either don't have time to maintain or actually forgot I had.

DebtIndex.com
This is one I forgot about. It hasn't been updated in over a year. I lost my cpanel on a server transfer a while back and have no stats. I can't speak for revenue either because the banners are cj.com links for an account I no longer have and the adsense isn't on a channel. It has had 0 promotion.
For buying purposes assume no traffic and no revenue.
If you buy this site you are buying it on potential in a high bid category.

This is another site that was registered in Jan '04. It is in the same boat as DebtIndex in that it doesn't have any stats from cpanel, I don't have a Adsense channel attached and it hasn't been updated in over a year.
With that said I'm reluctant to sell this one because of its big potential. The name alone is worth 3 figures and I lost a dmoz listing because it wasn't updated.
For buying purposes assume no traffic and no revenue.

This is a site I spent a lot of time to create and would do very nicely with some promotion and updates.
It is only a few months old but made over $250 in the first couple of months with only an incoming link or two and nothing else.
All the content is public domain (government) or written by me.
Revenue is generated through Adsense, Credit Report Links from Azoogleads, and Credit Card signups from CardOffers.com.
My creditcard offers made $171 in the first couple of months but have fallen off because I haven't updated the offers as they change. The buyer will need about 1 hour a week to do this.
This site also has tons of potential if you are good with AdWords campaigns.
Traffic = minimal - Less than 10 uniques per day
Revenue = Adsense ~ $10-15/mo
AzoogleAds - (4) $15 credit report referrals over 4 months
CreditOffers - $171 in credit card referrals over the last 4 months
PR = 5 + many internal PR 5 links - I will keep my network links to the site for at least 4 months.
Script/Backend = None. Hand coded with and ultra simple phpincludes header and footer
