Very nice Google frequency for a keyword domain, but I find it very hard to appraise it.

I find it hard to see where the market is for this domain despite the strong results showing in Google. It seems to be an industry specific phrase connected to leaseholds, but it wouldn't be the kind of domain that I could even see a leasehold company being interested in as their are far stronger keywords out there for them to be using.

I can't even think of a feasible angle which could be used to develop it, and for that reason I would have to say that I can't see any value above reg fee.
