Would make a good ATV, SKI or rec site.

Southern Utah has some of the best ATV riding in the country!
Northern Utah (mormon country) has some of the best skiing in the US.
I have some land right off of the piute trail. Near the Richfield area.
Nothing like being 1-2 hours away from the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zions, Vegas and 6 hours to LA.
Party would be an under statement
