This is a typo of foie gras (or foies gras for the plural) so it's definitely a reg fee name, sorry.
 
The link reinforces tomsa's point. "Pâté de foie gras" ≠ "Pate de fois gras". Good luck!
 
Yeah your right, but how many people use "des accentes" (in other countries then France, Switzerland etc), just wonder...
