I recently setup this patio furniture sets blog on this premium domain name, although the domain name was registered in April 2006. The site is currently setup to generate revenue through adsense and affiliates. The blog is new so assume no traffic and revenue.
Onpage SEO work has been done on the site, including google sitemaps, optimised title tags, meta tag descriptions, and keyword url's to name a few.
