Why was the Pay.com thread closed? I'm not at all convinced the member does not own the domain if an assumption like that is behind it. Unless there's some private communication otherwise, looks like this thread was closed without basis: http://www.dnforum.com/f4/how-much-pay-com-worth-thread-148252.html

The member's location, public profile, and the Pay.com homepage certainly bear noticing: "This service is brought to you by
Pay Group International (18 Roswell Street, Glen Waverley, Victoria, Australia 3150)."

This is a rare and easily multi-million dollar domain, and more or less everyone knows it. Anyone afraid of letting the member see people say that before the lowball offers come flooding in, unless there really is a legitimate basis for this abrupt closure hiding out somewhere?

I'm new here so maybe I should shut up, but I totally agree. I asked for an appraisal of fishy.com -- and yes, I own it. I really had no idea it might be worth a lot (until I very recently found out how much fish.com sold for -- though I'm not insinuating mine would go for THAT much).

all he has to do is clarify that he is the owner, what I said in that thread was "I don't know why the owner would need an appraisal here on a domain like that" , meaning its obvious what the domain is worth, come on lets face it, what does he need an appraisal for? are you the owner or not?

Well, the rules here are for a appraisal you MUST own the domain
members can post for appraisals only domains the own.
If you,anettle1, own the domain, PM me, and I will send you an email to the whois email for verification.
