paying for 1000 unique visitors?

does any other ppc company pay money for 1000 unique visitors instead of domainhop
they say that they'll pay 4$ for each 1000 unique visitors is any other ppc company doing aswell

Note that domainhop only pays you that popunder $ if you get more than 100 uniques a day and they dont count forien non-english speaking traffic, not sure how many you need at trafficz.

2)50% minimum payout is 25$ by check or paypal
