Hi Cooljeba,
The payments which were sent out in August were for July parking earnings. At the end of July, your domains had not earned over your payout limit. After the beginning of August, your domains have earned over your set payout limit (actually on August 1st. At the end of July, you were 25 cents away from reaching your payout limit). This means that you will receive your parking earnings before September 15, 2006.
