Payment sent for Sedo Auction, but Buyer refused to transfer domain ....

Hi John,

I won a Sedo public auctoin on May 12, 2010 for a CVCV.com. I wired the payment to Sedo on the second day. Both Sedo and me tried to contact the seller for almost two months, , but didn't get any response from him yet. How can I request the seller to complete the transaction he promised ? Any input will be much appreciated.

You can't force him unless you sue him. Get the info from Sedo and in the process ask them to ban the seller.

Approximately, How much will it cost to file a lawsuit in this case ? What happen if I file a lawsuit but the seller never response ? Many thanks for your inputs
