Wanted: Service Paypal Affiliate setup

I need to get a Affiliate system on my site www.thethemes.cc so others can make some money to sell my premium membership service. The site i use is on a phpnuke ( CMS ) and we use the module from www.paypalnuke.com on the site, the only problem is that there is no Affiliate program for it. so is there any chance we can get that made ? if so then please post here or PM me,, and we will find out a price for it..
