Wanted: Service PayPal help needed

Hi guys,

I need to send someone $23 cash from PayPal, but i only use my debit card to take funds from.
I'm have a verified paypal account and i'm sure people on this forum would verifty that i'm genuine.

Could someone send this money for me from a cash account and i'll paypal them from mine?

Any help would be great.
