PayPal Loses Class Action

I too have a check for 1 cent from a former employer that went bankrupt and whose stock became worthless. My loss was $250.

the class action suit against sears a few years back resulted in a similiar settlement as with paypal. in the end, the attorneys are the primariy winners....dollarwise, and of course whatever principle they were fighting for:-D
 
does everybody get that $8.00 or a select few?
 
Maybe those that could be bothered at the time with loads more bureaucratic form-filling, faxing and sending in stool samples at the behest of PayPal...
 
I filed the small claims form and got back a few cents...
 
lol...and now my decision to go watch TV for half an hour instead of filling out the forms looks pretty good :cheeky:
 
A decision I wish I made ;)
Although... I still havent received anything, so maybe I'm in luck hah!
