Hello,

What average daily revenue can be expected? It seems to fluctuate a lot for the days that you have revenue stats for..

It's a great domain but a huge risk -- the first ad I see (from the UK) is for paypal.co.uk -- they will be after you for that typo as sure as eggs is eggs. Not that I want to trash your sales thread, but potential buyers need to know how litigious eBay is, and I know they check on this stuff albeit irregularly. So caveat emptor on this one and it's not a long-term earner IMHO.

well, with that BIN I'm sure he's not targetting AVG domainers.. my plan would be to have this transferred to Joker w/prv WHOIS and owned by an off-shore company....

this way you're untouchable unless they go after PPC provider directly to retaliate.. I do agree it's kind of HUGE risk...

No - they'll potentially get it back via direct dispute with the registrar even if they are located on Christmas Island. Registrars own the 'lease' of the name, not the registrant, and as such are culpable/actionable.

we're going completely off-track here, but I've YET to hear a domain being taken away from Joker... in fact if anything all hijackers transfer their domains there..

maybe I'm wrong... who knows :)

Prince, part of my mission in life in this business is to make the pertinent facts apparent. You have not mentioned the potential liablilities to anyone remotely interested in acquiring this domain, but I have seen fit to do so. Now, if that screws your sale, then so be it. You need to make potential ignorami aware of any pitfalls that there may be. That's your duty as a seller. Not all buyers are savvy like you and I.

Since Joker.com is an ICANN accredited registrar wouldn't they be subject to UDRP decisions ? Are there any companies that would condone this that are not members of ICAAN? If not, it would seem like a huge business opportunity. Thoughts?

Of course they are subject to UDRP. That was my point -- thanks for cementing it WeBuy.
