I build paysites and beta test them for better sales. Right now the site has a kickass trial ratio of 1:20 visitors to the join page. Right now I have finished testing it and the promotion for it has been stopped by me. All you will have to do is apply for a credit card processor and you will be in business. This site has taken 6 months to build to perfection and it is showing some great conversions.
Considering there is 6700$ of needed investments, 6 months of hard work and testing, and great 1:20 conversion ratios. I am going to let this site go for around 17,000$ - 20,000$ range. Lower offers might be considered but will of course take the highest offer.
By the way, these 1:20 ratios are coming strictly and ONLY from MGP-TGP sites which holds the worst traffic possible since ALL of them are coming from FREE sites. Anyone with even a low amount of good search engine traffic could easily make thousands of dollars a day using this paysite.
I like building and reselling them, promotion is not my specialty.

Right now the surfer has the option to join either for 2.95$ for 2 days or 24.99 for 30 days. On exit of the join page, the surfer is offered 19.99$ for 30 days. That will be either kept by the buyer or changed by the buyer.
The great thing about this is that you become your own sponsor, no more going by what they tell you but you really become your own boss. An affiliate program can also be put in place for promotion by other webmasters. Then you get free money based on the percentage you choose to pay them.
